Spring 2024 Semi-Annual ZSCCA General Membership Meeting

 

To allow the opportunity for ZSCCA members to interact with the club’s Board of Directors, we conduct two General Membership Meetings each year.

 

The club’s next General Membership Meeting is scheduled for Sunday, May 19th, 2024, at 7:00 pm Eastern Time.  

The meeting will be conducted on Zoom and only be open for paid and current members.

To participate, please use the following instructions to register your attendance:

 

•  Log Into the ZSCCA Members Only section of the website

  • On the "What would you like to do?" pull-down menu, select "Upcoming Events"
  • Page down the display of upcoming events until you reach the listing for the "Spring 2024 ZSCCA  General Membership Meeting"
  • To the right of that event listing it is identified as a National Free event; to the right is a button to REGISTER for the event.
  • Select REGISTER and follow the instructions given.

  • After you have successfully registered, you will receive instructions via email on how to join the Zoom meeting at the scheduled time. Security features have been enabled for this meeting and you will be placed in a “waiting room” prior to accessing the session. 
  •  
  • You do not need to have a Zoom account to participate and you may use any browser on your computer or mobile device. If you don’t have a computer, you may use your phone to connect to the session.

  • Never used Zoom before? Go to https://zoom.us/ and click on their training videos to learn more about using this service. YouTube offers many “how-to” videos as well.

The Semi-Annual General Membership Meeting is your opportunity to learn about the state of the ZSCCA and to participate in discussions about club operations and future plans.
