Description

Coordinator/Leader:  John Hartka

Event Name:   Zee Central Virginia: Keystone, County Seat, and Hidden Wit Drive

Summary:  Join us on Saturday, April 18, 2026 for a full day of fun as we visit the Keystone Truck and Tractor Museum in Colonial Heights followed by an 88-mile drive through southern Chesterfield and Amelia Counties to lunch at The County Seat Restaurant and Gathering Place in Powhatan.  After lunch we will continue the drive to Hidden Wit Brewing in Mosely.

Description:  The drive starts at the Keystone Truck and Tractor Museum in Colonial Heights.  The museum opens at 9:00 AM and the driver's meeting will start there at 11:00 AM, so we have two hours availabe to enjoy the museum.  The drive wil depart from the Keystone Museum no later than 11:30 AM.  The route will take us through southern Chesterfield, Amelia, and Powhatan Counties where we will stop for lunch at 1:00 PM at The County Seat Restaurant and Gathering Place in Powhatan.  After lunch, the drive will continue to Hidden Wit Brewing in Mosely.  The route is 88.3 miles long and the terrain is gently rolling.  All roads are paved, but the parking lots at The County Seat and Hidden Wit are gravel (we've encountered gravel lots before, so we will just take it easy and be careful not to kick rocks up on each other when we pull out of the lots).  Please register if you plan to participate so we can have an accurate headcount for the restaurant.  This is a driving event so you will be asked to acknowledge the ZSCCA waiver when you register.
