Description:  Come out and help us plan our activities for 2026 by participating in our Zee Central Virginia Roadsters & Coupes 2026 Event Planning Meeting.  The meeting will occur at BMW of Midlothian from 10:00 AM until Noon on Saturday morning, January 31, 2026.  We will be meeting in the 2nd floor conference room at the dealership.  After the planning meeting, we will gather for lunch at 12:30 PM at the nearby Mellow Mushroom restaurant.  Please register if you plan to attend so we can have a good headcount for the restaurant.

This event does not include an organized drive, therefore the event waiver is not required.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  Winter weather is in the forecast for Saturday, but should hold off until the afternoon, which will be after we've completed our meeting and lunch.  Just in case the weather forecast takes a sudden turn for the worse and we cannot meet in-person, here is the Zoom link that will enable us to meet virtually.
