Description: This will be an ambitious 8-day classic American road trip from the starting point in Little Rock, Arkansas on May 4, 2026 to arrive at Deadwood, South Dakota on May 12, 2026 in time for the beginning of ZFEST 2026. The first part of the trip features visits to honor and remember American military heroes, history and artifacts. We will then travel across an area of the Southwest known for the Saguaro cactus. From there we’ll traverse famous features of the old west. Monument Valley and the Million Dollar Highway.

Monday May 4, 2026 – meet near Little Rock, AR
Tuesday May 5, 2026 – Stops in Hot Springs, Paris, overnight near Dallas, TX
Wednesday May 6, 2026 – Stop in Dallas, then drive to overnight in Hobbs, NM
Thursday May 7, 2026 – Stop in Roswell, White Sands NP then drive to overnight in Wilcox, AZ
Friday May 8, 2026 – Stop in Tucson, scenic desert drive to overnight in Flagstaff, AZ
Saturday May 9, 2026 – Monument Valley, overnight in Monument Valley
Sunday May 10, 2026 – 4-corners Monument, Mesa Verde NP, overnight in Durango, Co
Monday May 11, 2026 – Million Dollar Hwy, Grand Mesa, overnight in Steamboat Springs, CO
