The Cra-Zs Aren’t Afraid of the Snake. That is a fact. Last year we proved we were not afraid of the snake even in the rain.

This year we are going to make sure that we get to enjoy the snake in dry weather.

For those that did not make the event last year, The Snake, U.S. 421 begins in Mountain City, Tenn. and crosses three mountains, one valley and consist of 489 curves in a matter of 33 miles.

On June 7, we are going to return to The Snake in dry weather. We will take the Snake both ways – north and south bound.

On our south-bound route run we will stop for lunch at the famous Shady Valley Country Store.

Just for our members that are on the west side of Charlotte or just west of Charlotte, we will start this drive in Gastonia.
