Description

 Maryland has an interesting history concerning aviation, the first U.S. Army flights on the College Park airfield, Glen L. Martin's B-26 Marauder, and the  Fairchild A-10 Warthog. We will take the back roads through Cactoctin Mountain as we travel to the Hagerstown Aviation Museum to view some of the aircraft that Fairchild Aircraft produced. We will then venture in to Hagerstown for a lunch at the Schamkerl Stube, a Bavarian restaurant. There is an entrance fee of $10 for the aviation museum.
