Description:  Meet for the driver's meeting at 10:45 AM at the Wawa, 830 Warrenton Road, Fredericksburg, VA 22406.  This is approximately one mile northwest of I-95 Exit 133, at the intersection of US Hwy 17 and Lichfield Boulevard.  Depart at 11:00 AM for the drive northbound on US17 to lunch at the Craft & Crust Pizza Tavern, 204 East Main Street, Remington, VA 22734.  The restaurant opens at 11:30 AM.  After lunch we will make the short drive to the Flying Circue Aerodrome, County Road 644, Midland, VA 22728.

About the Flying Circus:  Historic aircraft, wing walker, parachute jumper, bi-plane airshow, bi-plane rides. Gates open at 11:00 AM, Pre-show starts at 2:00 PM, Airshow ends at approximately 4:00 PM. Adults $20. Military (active & retired) $15. Children 5-12 $10. Children under 5 Free.  

NOTE:  The weather forecast indicates it will be very hot on Sunday with air temperatures between 95 and 99 degrees. Bring with you a folding chair, a golf umbrella to provide you some shade, and water or something to keep hydrated.

Rain date:  The airshow does not occur if the weather is bad.  We will provide a notification to those who have registered here on the ZSCCA Upcoming Events list if it looks like the airshow is a no-go and we will then determine a rain date.  The airshow occurs nearly every Sunday, May to October, so we will adjust, if necessary.
