Third annual event, BMW Takes Flight at the Lyon Air Museum. This event is co-listed with the ZSCCA Inland Empire chapter and BMWCCA, Los Angeles chapter. The event takes place on Saturday, June 10, 10:00-12:00. To enter your car you must preregister at a cost of $35. Spectator tickets are $14, veterans and seniors $11. The museum is located on the west side of John Wayne Airport in Orange County. The museum specializes in War War II aircraft, rare vehicles and related memorabilia. I have entered my 2000 Z3 roadster, topaz blue, and hope many will join me in entering their BMWs. This is a rain or shine event. Since members will be coming from all over Southern California, there will not be an organized driving event. However, please feel free to caravan with your local members.
